Welcome!!

I am so excited to finally have this site go live with my announcement that I will be running for the position of Secretary-Treasurer of the Tunica-Biloxi Tribal Nation of Louisiana.

Our tribe is spread out around the United States and in Great Britain. What once was a small community of less than 100 Native Indians in the late 19th and early 20th century in an extremely rural and underserved region in central Louisiana has grown to nearly 2K enrolled tribal members.

Our cultural tradition included a group of leaders elected by the members. At one time the Council consisted of 3 or 4 leaders, and today it includes 7 elected representatives--3 officers, a Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary/Treasurer, and 4 Council Members at Large. These seven individuals have always been charged with guiding the tribal nation forward attempting to secure benefits that would increase the possibilities of our people improving their quality of life. This has to be the central focus of our leadership even now if we want to ensure the survivability of our historical tribal traditions.

To that end, I want to work for you, the Tunica-Biloxi people, sharing with you how our Tribe is moving forward, how our leaders are striving to improve the quality of life for each and every enrolled tribal member, young and old alike. My background of service to our tribe for over 20 years and my professional & educational credentials provide me amply with the skill set to be of continued service to our people. I want to empower our community members, to help lift their voices up, to facilitate a more dynamic relationship between our leaders and the people they serve.

I humbly and respectfully ask for your vote, your support in our Election of April 2026!! Please join me in opening the doors of our tribal government to all the Tunica-Biloxi people.
